Consolidated TG-8-15   

High speed rotary chuck capper with a full safety enclosure and setup for tool free changeovers.  Just taken out of a pharmaceutical plant, really clean. We can design and manufacture the parts necessary to run a new bottle and cap.  

The capper is a Consolidated TG-8-15 Capper.  It has 8 Heads and can run 290 BPM or you can run it with 4 Heads at around 120-160 BPM with great reliability. This one was rebuilt from a pharmaceutical plant.  The thing that sets these machines apart from others is the Trans Grip Arm that holds the bottles in place through the capping process. The chucks are mechanically clutched and open at a specific torque that is adjustable.
